    hey all, my tank is 3 weeks old and today while the lights were off i noticed this "thing" please help me ID it

    well to be correct thats a micro star, or mini bristle star,.....they stay small, breed well and do a great job of eating detritus. Bristle stars per say are normally refered to as the large fellas we deliberatley introduce into tanks which do the same job:)
