Weight per teaspoon

    Hi.
    Can someone please clarify the weight per teaspoon (5ml) of the following:
    Bicarbonate of soda
    Calcium flakes

    I get many different results from various websites.

    Depends os size of flakes and waters of hydration. Bicarb around 6g, CaCl around 5

    For an even better accuracy, just mix 100gr of powder in 1L of RO. With that stock solution you can dose as little as 0.01gr of powder using a 1 ml syringe from one of the Salifert test kits. for every 10ml you dose of the solution you will be dosing 1 gr of powder.
