You can Do 1liter a week. Just make sure the temp and sg are all the same

Yes a litre is great, but I would rather spread that over the week, maybe 500ml twice a week. Your tank is tiny and you need to do things slowly and carefully.

at the end, it really depends on what you throw into the tank and you would need bigger more frequent water changes.
Do you run a skimmer, yes no, No, then more WC.
Overfeed, most likely! then more WC
    Inadequate filrtration, then more.
    Too many dish
    Feeding corals too much

At the end it is you and your actions that would dictate the WC routine.

My feeling is that to keep this system stable, you most likely would need 20% water changes a week, if not more. Can still do it on 2 or more days a week. And remember to siphon the bottom clean each time.

go very light on that. Fuel is easier to give, as its a liquid.
the paste you will most likely give too much.

Follow the instructions on fuel. Keep it in the fridge. Reef Paste is really good, use a tiny amount for your tank. Less than a pea size, once every 4 days.

Does fuel need to be refridgerated? No one told me that! I'm using the Aqua-vitro fuel. I've been using it for over a month now - is it still OK to use or is it KAPOOT?

Preferably, I called Seachem specifically for this, they said "NO," but when I told them I live in South Africa with an average temperature above 18'C. They said it would be better. Remember, Seachem comes from the USA, they have a LONG winter.
