Got to my tank this morning and found my beautiful Tang dead. Tested the water immediately and saw that the salinity is 1027. Could that be why she died and what is the best way to drop the salinity?

Don't think its the salinity that killed it. You can lower it by just removing some water and replacing t with RO water.

    Hi @KAPNEL,

How old is your tank and has it finished its cycle yet?

1.027 is not high. What are you measuring your salinity with?
