I have now installed a sump below my 1meter tank. Just a question, how often do i need to do water changes with the sump installed? And if so, what percentage?

if you do frequent water changes, then just keep up with your normal routine.

Still 10%. Remember it is the dissolved stuff in the water you are re,moving, plus if you do siphon the substrate and rocks, a bit more. The water in the sump got the same concentration dissolved stuff in it as the display. so still 10% of total system volume.
