wanting to import some exotic corals

    hi all

    i am wanting to import some of those beautiful zoa's and shrooms u see on the oversea site's,

    does anybody know of a oversea's company's willing to ship to cape town?

    there more to just the company shipping here, u need an import permit, the whole process can take a month or 3

    so it would be best to find someone here that is already importing corals and ask them to get what i'm looking for?

    correct.

    Its a big mission to import corals, lots of paperwork involved - google CITES.

    Dont buy from the retailers...it will work you at much more expensive averall

    You need to get the supplier that they get it from and import from them.

    Yip and you need the permits...and paperwork is a hastle.

    if you get the supplier contact me...ill be more than willing to get them in for you.

    My one permit will be ending soon...so the fatser you get the contact details the sooner we can import it for you...otherwise you will ave to wait until i renew that permit( every 3 months need to renew the damn thing)

    And you can only import from the guys you specified on the permit...thats the trouble

    Yeah, thats so stupid. And i had to get a regional permit per shipment, that takes about 2 weeks aswell, and once you have that permit you cant change the order etc or you would need a new permit...

    And the guys in the us can import export...left,right and center any time they want to
