Hi Amin - it depends on what you you intend on keeping, in the long run. If you want to think of keeping LPS corals, then I would say - YES. It is too strong. As well as for corrallimorph/rhodactis mushrooms...

BUT, for SPS corals, and most other soft-corals - then I would say 100% - go for it!

For fish - it does not matter!

Amin - if these are "leather mushroom corals" - then it is good. You can use the pump "as is" without worrying to adjust it....

If these are the floppy small colorful mushrooms - then, this pump would blow them all over the place....

No Amin - you are not disturbing.

OK - so you have the corrallimorph / rhodactis mushrooms.

Then, I would advise, IF you want the pump, take and adjust it down to it's lowest level. If you say that is 6000 litres per hour - then that is good. 6000 litres per hour would not be too much overkill.....

i like this pump actually cause it can do all kind of water flow alone

Cool Amin - I would say then, when you get the pump, start off at 3000 litre per hour, then later on, adjust it to 6000 litre per hour (give the corals time to adjust slowly to the extra water flow) - I would say, wait 3 months or so, then adjust the pump to 6000......

Good luck, and remember to post pictures for us, once you got the pump, please?! ;)
