    Good day,

I require a MP10 wet side to replace my increasingly noisy one.

Any comments or offers for sale welcome.

    Regards,

    Thanks Riaan.

Yes thats on the wet side.Philips screw at the back and nut in front but remove it from the casing it much easier and that should short you out

not necessarily, i tried that on mp40 pumps, as soon as i switched them on they loosened. depends what is worn.

you get a service kit for the pumps overseas, that includes the bearings etc.. which will resolve the issue, but not in SA..

So there's no LFS in South-Africa who have maintenance kits available for these pumps....? Meaning that its better to buy alternative pumps especially when living in S.A

Well the wet side is not too expensive. They are good pumps but they are pricey, like anything in this hobby..

On the MP40, the nut in front loosen up over time. Resulting in the impeller being free and not spinning with the magnet.

I add another small nut as a locking nut and problem solved. You should take the wet side apart once in six months and clean it up. Especially between magnet and backing cover.

If you haven't found a wet side and want to sell the dry side, I would be interested.
