Upgrading going bigger as you do!

As with this hobby,we all know big is never big enough.
My current tank is a 4ft 320L total, the new tank is a 4ft 729L total.
1220x700x600 Display 1200x450x500 Sump and 70L RO holding section in the back of the sump.
I'm going to be modifying the tank to have a front and back and one side view.

So far I've braced the top of the tank for peace of mind.
Removed the old overflow box glass strips.
Sealed up the drilled overflow hole.
And sealed or braced a crack in the sump floor.

Next step is to put in the baffles in the sump to a filtrationscheme I'd like to have.
Then to build a new overflow box.

My plans for the tank.
Fish and Nennie with artificial corals and awesome Rock scaping from Aquaria-SA
Jebao heads
Custom built LED unit.

Want to have colourful fish and gonna look at a Zebra Moray Eel.

Progress looks good :thumbup:. Still a lot to do.

Not rushing it.
Still got my current 4ft Running.
Still to mod the sump, cabinet work, overflow box, pluming.
 
Today was adding the baffles to the sump, worked on the overflow pluming.
Will order my perspex 2mow for the overflow box.in blue. And rap the overflow side wall in blue vinyl.

Get more tubing to build a tube cave for the eel, and work on a design for the ends of the pipes. Drill a hole through a rock that pipe fits into.
Get a ball value for the overflow
Get a new brace plate for the side where the overflow is,it was cracked.But I want to get a hole drilled to one side for the return pipe.

Stands seems good to me.
It's braces around with aluminium and plastic composite.
 
And wet test happened.
Just checking for any leaks and the plumbing works.
So far so freaken good.
The plan is for Monday to do the move.
