    Hello All,

I don't post a lot but I'm on here almost everyday. I have finally upgraded my 130 to an Aquamedic 400 ltr system. And before you ask... I'm working on getting pics up now... See you in a few minutes with pictures.

When I started the tank... it was started from my old Red Sea 130... most of the rock came from that. Waited a few weeks then addd my old corals.

Would love an ID on this deep water acro... I'll try to find a better pic online. The LED is playing havoc with taking pics but this is very close to the actual colours, just pull back a little on the vividness.

This is what it actually looks like. No ID on this picture other than "Deep Water Acro"

I like the height you got out of your rock stack.

I'm running Maxspect Razr 160W 16k version. Had a vertex illumina over my Red Sea 130 but it wasn't big enough for this tank. Got a pretty good deal so I got this one. So far so good. I really like the fact that you get true 420n out of this light which makes the corals literally glow at times. Still playing with the exact colour I want to get out of the light.

Thanks RianP... Really wanted to get a very open rock stack and water space. Going for the "Zen" look. Although if I think about cost it ruins my "Zen" :p

Thanks guys! This set up has been running about 8 weeks. I know it's new. Most of the rock has been in my smaller set up or a mates setup for about 4 years. I also got some sand from a mates tank. So far all my parameters are rock solid. I've been running tanks for about 20 years. This setup is an Aquamedic 400ltr system. It has Optiwhite glass and to flow pumps as well as the return. The skimmer is the blue 1000 (I think) I have run Phosphate remover and Nitraguard Titanium in the back since day one. I keep about 25 small hermits to keep my rocks nice and clean.

I currently have 3 Bangai Cardinals, small regal tang, royal gramma, cleaner wrasse and two blue damsels. I will be catching the blue damsels and removing them this weekend. Tried a different typw and still became overly aggressive... still learning after 20 years.

Corals are 3 different acros, elegance, torch, kenyan tree, green cabbage and some shrooms. I'll post some more pics tomorrow. Still looking for an ID for the acro up top...??

I do a 10 percent water change every week. Over the next 6 months or so I will slowly pull back to once a month as the tank settles.

Not sure what else you would like to know, so just ask.
