Your new tank's water volume is more than double your nano's water volume.
Say you are taking half(+-60l) of nano tank water that still leaves you with +- 200l of new "un-cycled" water. I would say wait the normal 3+ week cycle period.

Rather be safe than sorry in the end for rushing a new tank too quickly.

Please give more detail eg. How many kgs of live rock?Is it fully cured and mature rock? Are you going to ad bacteria like Seachem's stability or MB7??
Are you going to seed your new tank's substrate with some sand from your nano??

Al these things can speed up a new tank cycle........BUT even though you can speed this prosess up a bit, id still strongly recomened waiting the 2 or 3 week period so that you new tank can stabilize and handel the new load!
