Check how wide eyed the shrimp is and how the lion is thinking which way to open his mouth.....

Notice how the Lion was on his way for a great meal and to have him see you snapping away at him with a camera, knowing he would get a beating of his life after knowing how much you paid for the shrimp - he changed his mind.

The shrimp on the other hand was holding his legs out in all hope to be able to land his feet on the edge of the mouth to try all he could from being "fish curry".

All the while, you were there with your camera thinking..."aahhh cute, look at those two getting along so nicely. BUT!!! If you eat him!! You are one dead SOB and will end up in the pan!!! So remember boy, I WATCHING YOU!!!"...

Just my crazy thoughts of naration to the story behind the pics. ;)

yeah i tort the shrimp would be gobbled up in seconds but they just hang around each other. and yes the shrimp has been trying to clen the lion hes still alive, the lion spends half its time near the shrimp cave and the other half at the other end of the tank, eying the clowns :) . well lets see what happens.

Do the shrimps realise what danger they are in? lol:lol: i always wanted a lion, but would prefer a horde of cleaner shrimp, has anyone ever done that? like 15 cleaners in a 1.2 tank? could it work? feeding them frozen and pellet foods obviously

well lets not have that video repeating. i havent seen that behaviour from my lion were he tries to block the shrimp in like in the video. but then again my lion is still small, so we shall wait and see. as Scuba said he likes chowing prepared foods, seems to really like hake :)
