    Hi Guys,

Started the cleanup crew on my first tank today.

Added just one snail as thats the only one they could find at the LFS. Its pretty big (prob 3.5cm diameter) and is doing an amazing job cleaning the rock and getting rid of hair algae.

Only problem is it seems to crap a hell of alot (must've counted over 20 pellets caught in some hair algae after being in the tank for 12 hours).

Is the normal? and is the poo going to drastically affect the chemical balance of my water (58l nano)? If so - what should I do?

Nothing to worry about, all of the fish and crabs/snails etc. that you are going to put in your tank will be doing the same.
