Carrying on from the TUNZE information, just thought I tell you a little about the 6055 Nanostream, this is an electrical speed controlled pump operating on safety extra-low voltage. It is ideal for every aquarium from 40-500 litres, enabling wave or low tide simulation, operating on a new micro-processor controlled motor, it can thus be referred to as an "intelligent pump". Flow rate 1 000 to 5 500 l/hr.

The electrical motor adapts its speed automatically to the pump load and always seeks the best efficiency at the lowest possible consumption of energy. This energy consumption is about 50% lower than in conventional pump motors. The pump will be stopped immediately in case of blockage. After the blockage has been removed, the pump will start up automatically after a delay of 20 seconds.

The pump driver has been provided with a fish care function, which causes a revolution of the propeller every 20 seconds when the pump is at standstill. These pumps can be controlled with Multicontroller 7092 (2 pumps) 7096 (8 pumps) or the 7095 (8 pumps), it comes complete with power supply unit and magnet holder.

The price R2206.70 incl. (Remember less 10% for MSA members)

    7092 R 718.17 incl.
    7095 R 2548.44 incl.
    7096 R 1572.23 incl.

    Cheers Anita

Thanks Marius, I will let you know when the 7092 comes in, I do have the 6055 in
    stock, Anita
PS Why not consider the 7096, it does do a lot more and, if you go to a bigger tank, you just add more pumps the difference is only R850.00.....

This is for my nano so will only run one pump on it. I already have a 7095 on the big tank but I might be tempted to go for a 7096 later on. But for now the 7095 does the job.
