Tube Worm?

    When they lose their crowns the end is more blunt. Those long pieces look like a hydroid. Does it retract or stay out.

    looks like a eunice worm. There are so many different types.
    Better pics will help

    He Darts back lightning fast like a feather duster would. It was pure luck we saw him out seems very nervous. Tried looking for him at night too but haven't seen him since. He looked like he was picking up pieces of aragonite and taking them back under the rock.
