    Hi

Can anyone please help me? I am going to put a TS1 skimmer in the tank. I know this much:

    Rated for:

    Up to 350L

    Foot Print Dimensions:
    230mm x 150mm

    Reaction Chamber Dimensions:
    280mm High
    100mm Diameter

    Total Height Including Cup:
    435mm
    (THANKS DORRY PETS WEBSITE!!!)

Now, how much extra space would I require above the 435mm (total hight of skimmer) to remove the cup for cleaning purposes?

The reason I ask, is that I need to know how to plan my engine room. I must leave enough space above the TS1 to remove the cup for cleaning obviously...:p

    Thanks
    Jaco

jaco i just measured now, the cup has to lift 5cm to come off. so make it 6cm to be safe:thumbup:
