Thats weird. I also got some of them and in the beginning, say about first week the stayed in the left corner as well but now they are all over my tank. I was also afraid that they are going to stay there and never come to the front or rest of tank but they did. Got any other fish in tank that maybe has claimed territory and they are afraid to move?

Yeah thats clowns for u. Like to host the corners. They will eventually get tired of it and find a new spot. My ocellaris clown hosted my right corner for about 6 months before the started hosting the nennie.

I'm sitting in the same boat...I've only got the 2 Clowns and they hide all the time...I never see them..hubby is so sick of our tank as we have a FOWLR tank and you wouldn't even know we actually have 2 Clowns in it...all he sees is a pile of purple rocks..:p

My clowns also loved the left corner of my tank for about 2 weeks, but now they are all over in the tank!

Hi Mandrin. Unless you really want a tank full of clowns, no. I actually meant it as a joke. Hang in there, I hope they change their tune.

I opted for not disrupting "their" individual spots as they are "hosting" them..In my books that translates as a spot where they feel "safe"..that in itself means happy, stress-free fishy's..:p ..am I pee'd off that I never see them..? YES..!!.... as much as my Hubby...NO..!!..:005: ..that's the sacrifice I felt I had to make..it's either/or..(with these 2 clown's anyway..:p)..and I opted for "happy" and hopefully "stress-free" fishy's.. The wellbeing of my fishy's, for me, was more important than my selfish desire to look and show off my Tank.. My Hubby of cause does NOT agree with my views regarding the Fish Tank...:005:

Thats true belindamotion but luckily they are the only ones in the tank and i didn't see any stress or scared fish and now they all over the tank. As im new i thought that would work and it did but saying in the same breath i watched them like a hawk as i also was afraid that they might go bananas but luckily it worked out good.

What i have noted with my clowns...the ones that are tank bred..they adapt quickly and within a month or so they swim about and explore...it's my wild caught clown that hog the rear corner..always swimming on top in the corner..i added another tank bred clown and the latter immediately went to partner with the other tank bred clown exploring and so on...the other one eventually wanted in on the clcik and started recently only to swim and explore with them.
