triger fish.

    i started n trigger fish tank. 2mx 800x 800. they dubble in size in the 2 month a have them.

    Hi Visser, i feed them mussels, lots of mysis shrimps i catch in the river and crab, and brine shrimp. they even eat flake.

    Lucky fish! Its nice to live close to a live food source, lol!

    The Umlazi river. Here is pipe fish and seahorses. I used the swimming pool net to catch the mysis and somtimes a few pipe fish with them, i put the pipe fish back. It help slot with food sours. My seahorses all they know is fresh mysis every day.

    I also stay in the city for many years, the live is so different from city live. Afternoons on beech, sometimes take away super on the beech, weekends like spending 90min to try to catch a pistol shrimp and the shrimp still laughs.

    Hi , no he is still hiding. Clever thinks he learn all the tricks there is. You welcome to try. lol i stit there for one and half our, no pistol shrimp and all my clouths wet. Next to pistol shrimp 1 m rock pool, foot slip and i went for a swim. lol

    Can you post a pic of live mysis i'd love to see if i can catch some here in durbs but have no idea what to look for any ideas where a good place to try for them here in durbs maybe umgeni estuary, we use to catch tons of freshwater ones from the river back in the days. Im assuming the mysis doesnt grow as big as the freshwater ones which are usually around 3cm. Triggers look lovely

    You find some in rock pools and estuary. I post a pic when i going to catch some. Don't know in durbs.
