transporting of fish

Hi. I recently bought fish a shop. A fire shrimp Koran angel and a butterfly. When I got home floaters them but notice bags looking flat.
I live 20 km from the shop.
They bag th fish but did not fill with oxygen. Just tied rubber bands on top.
Could this be the cause of all 3 fish dying? Within two days. ?

Did you just float them and then add them to the tank?

Could not for very long. Normally float for 30 mind but bags w looking flat so hade no choice

You need to acclimate them for your tank at least for an hour or two. Adding them suddenly like that can cause a "shock" in there system and the eventual result is death. The best way is to place them in a bucket (if you don't have a quarantine tank) and then slowly add from your tanks water over a period of time to acclimate them. Also don't name the LFS on the forum as this is not allowed.

You have to acclimate every fish no matter how hardy it as. Dripping is so easy no hard work
