    Hi Guys/Gals

So im still new to the marine hobby and hope you guys can help.

Tank running 5 months now and everything happy, until the new Torch was introduced to the tank over the weekend. It seems that my Regal tang as some white burn marks on it, could that be from the coral that stung him?

    What can i do?
    Should i remove the torch?
Will the regal heal? ( Any medicine )

My candy cane also got stung i think, will it recover or what can i do?

    Thanks in advance

pics, are the corals too close to each other?

The fish will be fine if the marks are from coral stinging

I suppose it's possible, but I'd say unlikely. I've kept tons of Euphyllias and never seen a fish get stung. My tennenti surgeon eats pellets that are stuck right between the tentacles of my frogspawn corals and it doesn't get stung (or at least with no visible signs or distress).

They are very capable of taking out other corals though. Give them a wide berth...at least 15cm from other corals when fully expanded.
