I got this coral in my Nano tank and I see all the arms swaying but on one side there's basically no swaying. I know it flow....

My question is..... will it be bad for my torch tip or not

really hard to say, when you say no flow, do they float or droop down

That looks fine, if there is no tissue recession or heads dying, then don't change anything

that could be a lot of things, mostly bad health of the coral, will need to see a pic

i had a torch coral once and the sides started pulling of from the skeleton. it lasted few months even with the tentacles fully extending and in general looking good. however after few months it died. i tried searching on the net but couldnt find any info on this problem. all other corals in the tank were doing fine. i tried dipping it on iodine solution but by that time i guess it was too late. if its of any help i can say that the torch started loosing its tissue un the side from which the flow was coming from.. when i turned it around 180 degrees it got worse

my frog spawn did the same and one head actually lost everything the other head fully puled of the skeleton around the whole thing I cut off that head and moved it to where there's now flow and its doing great I wont say it regrown back to the skeleton but it looking much better.....
while the other one that lost everything I thought I died so I just threw it into the corner of my tank and a month later I see its popping up again from the head that I thought it was dead
red is one head the original piece of coral
    blue is the other head
