I would like to add a sump to the tank, the space at the bottom of the cabnet i built is limited to 500 X 500 X 850 (L X W X H).
I have designed a sump on sketchup and would like advise and tips.
    I plan for the sump to be 480 X 480 X 400.
I have a TS1 skimmer laying around that i would like to use on this setup.
Preferably i would like to go DSB - refugium, meaning that above the sand i would have a ball of cheato.
    THANKS IN ADVANCE

in that size you are wasting your time with a DSB, rather have a filter sock, skimmer, carbon and a phos remover and/or bio cubes.
