Tiny jellyfish?

I have some tiny 1 to 2mm, white and clear, jelly fish (10 to 20) living in my nano(and in the filter), what are they and will they do any harm?
 
they are free swiming and sometimes they attach them selfs to objects for a short period of time, < hour or so...

jpg, as a matter of interest do you use NSW or Salt Mix for water changes? I use NSW and often end up with small jelly's in the system, unfortunately they don't last to long.
 
Hi, I use Salt Mix (Ocean Marine or something like that), I'm in JHB.
I don't know if they are true jellyfish but they swim with jellyfish type motions i.e propel them selfs the same way.
