Most of you know that Idol Marine stock TMC or MAC fish.
Well, why are these fish so special?
Firstly the fish are guaranteed not to be caught with any toxins or methods that are environmentally detrimental.
They are hand caught by individual divers using nets.

They are then transported to the Tropic Marine center in the UK where they are placed in their holding facilities.
Have a look here at an article written by Ultimate reef when one of their authors was invited to go and visit the center.
Pretty impressive, if you ask me.

I visit Idol Marine every week or 2. Just to walk around and check out everything and I must say WOW! The fish they have received over the last while are amazing.

Do they show you if the fish will eat if you ask them to?

I see some LFS's are very reluctant to show people if a fish will eat and I try to avoid those LFS's

If you ask them , they don't have a problem in showing you.
