Might as well have a clan for JNS seeing as we have one for almost every other skimmer to hit our shores...

please post your comments and thoughts on these skimmers...
 
Currently have the Sk3 on my new tank ... still cycling...
 
Running a u5 on my tank and its a beast produces the most smelliest and darkest skimmate ever
Although i think it is not at the right water level any1 nows what the water level should be on the u5 let me no pls thanks
 
I have a U5 skimmer and it too is an absolute beast. The only thing I find is its a bit noisey. Anyone else have this problem. I found that if the water level is higher in my sump it reduces the humming sound. Other than the noise I love this skimmer.:thumbup:
 
hey never experienced the sound problem but then again my skimmer is sitting in 30 cm of water
 
Had the SK-5, loved it and upgraded to the SK-6 because bigger is better.... :thumbup:
 
Would be nice if everyone posted a pic of their JNS Skimmers?

Actually looking for another 2nd hand skimmer .... getting a new tank and with the "migration" of the corals / fish... well... I need another for a while.
