    Hi Guys,

Pic's will be forthcoming as soon as the system is in and settled. So please be patient.

I have not been posting for a while as I have been busy arranging for a new tank. My current setup is +/- 320 litres with a 90 litre sump.
I have ordered a new tank 1500 l x 700 w x 550 h (+/- 600 litres). The tank is finished and I have finished building the stand and cupboard. All that remains is to complete the lid this weekend.
The hardware will be as follows:-
    Tank 1500 x 700 x 550
    2 x Sunsun 6000 litre pumps & 2 x Seio 1500's
    ctoc overflow
    Light unit consisting of 2 x 150w MH, 2 x 54w t5's (10000k) & 2 x moonlight LED's
    I am adding 2 x 54w 20000k t5's.
The lights, controlled by a PLC, will cycle as follows -
    09h30 - 21h30 20000k t5's
    10h30 - 20h30 10000k t5's
    11h00 - 20h00 150w MH's
    21h30 - 09h30 Moonlight LED's
I am using eggcrate to set the LR on to make it a bit more stable as I will have a 25mm deep layer of Aragonite in the bottom of the tank.

My engine room will consist of the following:-

1 x DNW 110 in line protien skimmer flowing to the 90 litre sump through P4 remover, through a baffle in which I have 2 x 300w titanium heaters controlled by a temperature controller whose probe is in the DT, over a DSB of Aragonite to the return chamber in which I have a TS2 skimmer and a return pump (AP3500) pumping to the chiller and on to the DT.
    At present my livestock is:-

    Fish

    1 x Flame Angel
    1 x Rusty Angel
    1 x Coral Beauty
    1 x Scopus Tang
    1 x Pyjamma Cardinal
    2 x Clarkii clowns
    1 x Firefish goby
    1 x Banded goby
    1 x Goldenhead goby
1 x yellow spotted goby (he's a real sand shifter)
    1 x Yellowtail Damsel
    1 x bicolour Chromis
    1 x Longnose Hawkfish

    Inverts

    3 x cleaner Shrimps
    1 x Coralbanded Shrimp
    1 x Tube Anemone
    1 x Coco Worm

    Corals

    3 x small Hammer Euphyllias
    1 x Frogspawn
    1 x Sun Coral
    3 x various mushrooms
    4 x various Zoas
    1 x Star Polyp
    1 x Pumping Xenia
5 x Xenia (which arrived as 2 with one of the Zoas)
    1 x Sinularia
    1 x Doughnut
    1 x Elegance
    1 x Blastomusso
    1 x Bubble

The plan is to do the change over next Wednesday (10 June) and will be done as follows:-
Remove corals and LR, then the fish & inverts. Drain the tank into containers and remove Aragonite into containers. Disconnect everything and drain the sump. Remove everything and place new stand & tank in place. Replace sump and reconnect everything. Add aragonite and some of the original water to the tank, add the LR and replace the remaining water in the tank as well as adding +/- 300 litres new water (this equates to roughly a 50% water change). Add the livestock and leave the system to cycle for a few months before attempting to add any new livestock.

Wish me luck guys and I will keep you informed as to the progress (with pics)
