Would just like some advice on my current stocking and if it's stocked high, medium or low so I can plan my future purchase of stock or if I need to upgrade before doing so.

Main tank is 700x450x450 (level at 440)
Sump is 615x325x325 (level at 300)

Total water volume is around 210L, I'd guess around 160-170L with LR.

    1 x Cleaner Shrimp
    4 x Turbo Snails
    2 x Nasarius Snails
    2 x Black Damsel
    1 x Perc Clown
    1 x Pixie Hawk fish
    1 x Haloween Hermit
1 x Hawain Blue Leg Hermit

    1 x Colt Coral
    1 x Hammer Coral
    1 x Brain coral
1 x Leather Pin Cushion (that just won't open :()
1 x large rock with leathers (leathers are spreading nicely)
    1 x large rock with green zoa's
1 x med rock with small star polyps

Definitely room for a few more small fish, but you'll have to keep an eye on those damsels, are they aggressive at all?

A picture of your tank would be good so we can judge the size of your current corals and available space, but it sounds like you should be able to add a few more, although as you increase your fish and coral bio-load you may want to add some more live rock and also make sure your skimmer is running efficiently, if you have one.

Thanks for the feedback @viper357. Here is a fairly recent although pretty bad picture, out of town at the moment so will take a better one when I get back.

The damsels have always seemed to be pretty peaceful but will keep an eye on them :)

I have been thinking of adding some more live or base rock to utilize more height somehow, possibly pillars of some kind. I am only using half the height of my tank currently which is a bit of a waste. I recently upgraded my skimmer from a Bubble Magus NAC3 to a Reeftek TS1 so I should be about double rated on the skimmer.

Looks like your clown and damsel died and now their ghosts haunt your tank

Looking good, lots of space for more corals, a bit more rock for some height, like you said, and a few more smallish fish? Fish also like structure and bolt holes so a bit more rock with some gaps in-between will be much appreciated by your fish. :)
