Currently have a Naso and orange shoulder tang in my tank, and the other bigger fish is a blue spotted foxface. I booked a powder brown tang , he is bigger than my current tangs, if I add him, will they kill each other?

i would expect some aggressiveness, expecially from Powder and Orange shoulder
    Naso - Naso
    Powder Brown - Acanthurus
    Orange Shoulder - Acanthurus

having said that, if you add with lights off t might help, i usually leave the lights off from the morning then add

Had a powder blue and orange shoulder in a 1.5 x 1.5. Blue was bigger than orange. Orange cam in later. 9 months down the line had to take the blue out. Other tangs were yellow and sailfin, no real issues. Blue and orange constant aggression. Lead to white spot outbreaks also. Blue now in a separate tank, same system. No whitespot since. I am tempted to put the blue back but know its probably not the best thing to do......also fish are different individuals. Had a powder brown and Naso in a 500 litre with almost no issues

Size tank for those size fish..... not going to preach but I am going to say you are making the size of the tank a real possibility for increasing the aggression between them.

Powder Blue / Brown / Gold rim / Achilles are IMO very aggressive and to be the LAST fish added to your tank. I don't think the Naso will be a problem as:

    1. It will hold its own
    2. It grows bigger than all of them
    3. Its a different type of tang

I would suggest you don't do it to avoid potential side effects from an over stressed tank i.e. stress = potential WS etc.
