Does anyone have a pic or know where I can find a pic of an adult Blue spotted Tamarin wrasse. It's an Anampses but I don't know the second name.Mine is changing to adult colours but I'm not sure if it's male or female.I am keen to see what it will be like.It has developed a serious set of gnashers and fights with it's reflection violently. My boxer shrimp has a worried look about him.He has been a peaceful fish up to now.

Ya we have some species of the genus anampses including both of the two available though they are not highly common.
Am searching fpr an anampses which apparently is endemic To Mauritius, but I don't have any pict of it!
Its called anampses viridis, no picture is available for this Wrasse, and they are believed to be extinct now!

It's the fish in the second pic that I have.Besides two daggers sticking out his mouth like a wild boar, the fins and tail are red, blue stripes. The front 30% is becoming darker and the blue spots are becoming less pronounced. The creamy patch on the tail is gone. Two pronounced blue stripes across the forehead.
