Can someone explain to me the difference between the normal blue T5 and the actinic T5.

Or maybe direct me to a thread that explains it:)

The actinics will bring out the florescent colours in the coral and stimulate the coral to better colours. The blue is a different spectrum of light and will help the coral with more growth.
