T5 degradation

    So we all know that T5's lose their output

    Here is a pic of a new T5 and a 6 month old T5, both reeftek 10k. Notice the difference if you look at the reflectors under the tubes. :eek:

    Hi Rakabos

    Dont want to hijack your thread but another function on the Seneye is you can test your lights and it will tell you if they need changing.

    you can do a Par reading and a Kelvin Reading to see if they have degraded.

    You can also take direct par reading and name them

    eg Par 280 Puple acro
    Par 350 crocea clam
