Please post pics of your sumps/refugiums with as much info as possible. Lets create one informative thread on sumps so that new reefers can see what works well and what to avoid.

Hopefully we can then compile a single thread with info on DSB, skimmer placement, flowrates etc etc etc...

I dont even have a tank so I can't post here :( hehe

Thanks guys. Lets try post as much info as possible. If you're using lighting etc what wattage etc etc etc...

Also interesting to see peoples skimmer / scrubber combo's and whose running what extras in terms of calcium reactors etc etc etc.

As much info as possible and this thread can prove to be quite useful! Hopefully I can refer to it in the future when I build my beast tank ;)

    I got a double sump. 90L dispay and 2 * 60L sump
    Full View.

Left side, with scrubber, DSB, cheato. The white thing got small rocks an mushrooms in it.
Right side, skimmer, heaters and return pump. Space on left now filled with LR

Overflow syphon between tanks got small black flexible pipe on it going back to theventuri of a circulation pump. To keep the syphon. Failsafe.

And these are so yesterday, old school. Great for Fish only or FOWLR. PO4 and NO3 will always be a problem
    Ceramic rings, bioballs, detritus trappers.
Closed up, OK great for water evaporation and moisture prevention in cabinet.
