So i have for a while now thaught of how to put a sump on my 48 liter nano and i just couldnt figure it out until it just hit me, what if the pump was in the tank nd pumped up into the sump and the sump had the overflow in? Would this work? My idee is to make it about 80 liters with a 200 liter rated skimmer and sump. So i would then be able to have an bubble tip anemone with two clown fish in this tank. What u guys think?

Can't see why it won't work. It's the same as having a refugium overflowing back into the tank with gravity feed. If the sump/refugium have loads of pods in it, it will be a nice "self feeding" system.

Yip that would work or you could fit an overflow box on to the tank.

So now for my next qeustion, what kind of light should i use, all i want is an anemone, but i dont have much space for lights, the tank is about 300mm high,300mm long, and 400mm wide.

I reckon with that depth you could get away with two or three T5's. Dunno if you can get 10 watt T5's or something. One blue, one actinic, and one white

this will work 100% the sump can be anywhere as long as the return is higher than the main display tank and the pump you are using has enough head to pump to the sump just don't get the lights wet:)
