    Hi All,

I'm a noob when it comes to saltwater tanks, all my knowledge comes from books and forums. I've recently started my first tank, & yesterday added my LR.

The reason for this thread is I've already started seeing small plants grow  that's not my concern... If noticed sofar 3 very small translucent wormish things on the live rock and 2 tiny snails (also translucent)

Is it normal, and more importantly is it harmful??
Thanks in advance for any response.

been watching my tank and there are alot more than 2 snails, they're white with a brownish pattern. and the wormish thing look like very tiny shrimps and move very fast...

All fine, sounds like Isopods, very normal life for a marine tank.

Not isopods... They are a family of organisms that resemble sea lice.
Perhaps a small polychaete, but there are many different families in many different phyla. Regardless, its a small marine worm that probably came in with your live rock - wouldnt be concerned as its part of the plethora of life that will populate your LR.
