Hello everyone, i've been a bit lazy on the forums, looking at some but never logging in and updating my own threads *slap on wrist* but, today i picked up a 1000L tank with sump, and bought all the lovely (expensive) things i need for this tank

now, the only coral in this tank will be my residents of my 340l (a couple mushrooms toadstools and a nennie)

coral is very expensive these days and i've never seemed to have luck, plus was always slightly agitated when i saw a beautiful fish with the non reef safe neon red tag under it. so, i'm willing to make the sacrifice and dive into the land of fowlr

I am not one to give up on any of my current fish and all must be incorporated into any stocking ideas, they are as follows
    yellow tang (shy bloke)
    4 chromis (fish mafia?)
2 false ocellaris clowns (not very funny)
    fire goby
    2 blood shrimp
    cleaner shrimp
    cleaner wrasse
    purple orchid
    coral beauty

i have a love for anthias, and would love to hear some ideas on adding them in
    thanks guys :D

oh, i will be running a skimmer, but it's only rated for 650l, i believe it should be okay. seeing as i have no corals, plus the orca guard should suck up any pesky nitrites

I'm sorry, you lost me at FOWLR ;) Anthias are nice, but get a little aggressive when figuring out who's the boss man of the tank.

okay, just some of my own inputs to my list
    yellow tang (shy bloke)
    4 chromis (fish mafia?)
2 false ocellaris clowns (not very funny)
    fire goby
    2 blood shrimp
    cleaner shrimp
    cleaner wrasse
    purple orchid
    coral beauty

(not sure if these will be compatible, advice?)
    blue pacific tang
    copperband butterfly
    2x sandsifting goby
    another fire goby (2 total)
    some form of trigger maybe?
    flame angel
    2x fairy wrasses
    5x lyretail anthias
    auriga butterfly
    foxface
    any suggestions?
also, is 1000l enough for me to add a pair of black ocelarris clowns?

you actually need a bigger skimmer for FOWLR...nitrates go up pretty quickly..in any event the Orca Cubes need to be skimmed out of the water by a decent skimmer..otherwise it can fuel cyano like the other forms of carbon dosing

with exception maybe to the auriga butterfly, all the other fish you listed are reef safe.

For FOWLR, there are loads of Butterflies and angels to rather consider.
