I am looking for a temp probe for STC1000 or any idea where I can find something that will work?

NTC10 is the part number, normal refrigeration companies sell them, the 10 in part number means 10K Ohm

I've used the temp probe from a digital thermometer. Works fine, the metal probe didnt last

Just be careful using on STC1000 as they have a conversation factor that why 10K ohm units are used, increase the base resistance will change the reading value.
