I would suggest that you go with the biggest one that you can afford in that range though, my 37l, while awesome, kinda limits what you livestock you can put in it.

I've got a small 58L Boyu and honestly...heat issues during Summer is a MAJOR pain and a huge stress factor...especially on a small Tank...so MHO..go with LEDS...it reduces you'r heat and broadens you'r Coral selection...
