    Hey guys,

I've seen quite a few posts about this low iron/lead glass.

If I was to change the front plane of my new tank to this, do I use the same thickness as the regular glass I plan on using?

    1500 x 650(h) - 12mm thickness?

    Tank size to be 1500 x 600 x 650(h)

    :)

Agreed, should be fine with bracing, would have been a 50 50 call for me if it were rimless

In general low iron is considered to be slightly lower strength than float glass

im going something simular in size 9.800 wide0 and going 15mm but because im going braceless.

that size tank can easily be built in 10mm if peoperly constructed and well braced.

be consious of futuer plans of adding wavemakers etc and plan accordingly
