    Hi Everyone

    Just a question.
On Sunday I restructured my live rock landscape.
I removed a rock with Star Polyps on it out of the tank into a container containing tank water.
I then replaced the rock in the tank, but as till now, they will not come out????

    What should I do?

    Thanks

    :yeahdude:

Try moving them to a different location - sometimes they get upset with too much / little flow etc....

i concure to @Mouse's(Mice's) point...i too moved a rock and it took a while for the star polyps to adjust to where i placed them. Either give them some time or move them to a more softer light spot..

We had a similiar issue, found that all it needs is a bit of time, mine after a week came back to life and is now doing great.

I agree with the above. it might have attached to something and when you picked up the rock you ripped it or damaged a couple of polyps. they are very hardy. I have a GSP infestation. Ive been trying to get the GSP from this one rock by brushing it with a very hard toothbrush, itll sulk for two weeks and then reappear again. with vengeance. :)
