I noticed this morning there are white stringy stuff between two of my LR pieces.

Can anyone tell me what it is, good or bad?

could be a bit of mucous/slime from a snail or worm.

second that, just check it, it will disappear, they use the it to catch food with, if not retracted in few hours or so just take your finger (use surgeon gloves) to remove it, you never know if something is toxic. :p

Could be a Carribean worm snail. They produce mucous like web to trap food and then they reel it in to eat it. Try kicking up your substrate a little and the mucous will re-appear

I have loads of them,I think they're kind of a worm, just follow the thread of whatever, and you will see a spiral shaped tube. I don't know what they are,but if you stir the substrate, you will see lots of them. They are kind of filter feeders
