    Hi Guys

it is with great frustration and heartache that im writing this... we are all to fimilair with the service delivery in this country and in times of the economic downturn i dont see how people can expect to have there way ( salary increases ) by stricking or burning buildings and so on

I recently accuired a beautiful SPS coral( thanks Triton) which was sent with speed services yesterday, i headed off this morning to pick it up and find out that they are stricking....i mean for crying in a bucket people, we are paying for a service, they could have just said before it was sent that "we are stricking and your parcel wont arrive on time". this really pisses me off because noboday gives a :001_shappy: about there customers anymore... and God willing that the strike will be over before the coral actually dies.

now i can definetly say that i will not be using them anymore, this will be the second time this has happened to me and enough is enough.

these so called "strickers" dont realize that at least they have jobs, there are thousands of people who are unemployed and would never resort to such measures.

i think if enough people stand up and stop using Speed services they might realize that customers want what they pay for.

One day I was standing in line at the Post Office. And in came their parcel man, arms overloaded with last box somewhere over his head. Because he is a lazy a$$ and that is why he is carrying everything in one go, instead of walking two times.

Yes he struggled to get through the security door. As all expected he did drop the top box. He kicked the box on the floor all the way across the floor to the parcel counter. While still balancing the rest of the stack in his arms. imagine anything fragile in there - goners.

    I will not use them...

Sorry to hear that Junz. Rather use a private courier company, it may cost a bit more but I think it's worth it.

I spoke to our local postmaster here - he said if you willing to risk it you can go to the post office's main branch and explain your situation with your documentation but apparently the bigger centres seem to have some violence going on! If you want I can try to get some details for you but it is definately Joburg central!

Only trust the Post office if you Don't want something delivered.
