    Hi guys

    This has probably been covered before, but since a lot of new guys have joined I thought I would just bring up the issue again.

    Please make sure you have the right info before heading down to the coast and just taking things from the pools. Almost a year ago I was at the coast with a few people and some brought back some LR...I didnt say anything cause I didnt know it was illegal , same goes for a lot of other stuff.

    Just getting a permit from the post office will not guarantee not getting a fine ....or even worse !

    Rather BEFORE planning your trip, phone the local authorities (you might hold on for a while :p) and find out what you are allowed to do, what permit you would need , where you can / can't etc. Especially our inland guys

    Our coastline should be monitored and preserved and I think we are a huge link in the educational chain.

    BTW it goes the same for when you want to buy that piece of fish when on holiday (streetvendor or restaurant). Check this out for more info:

    lol never knew that I needed a permit collecting snails & barnacles for my hermits!!! I think I should get 1 soon. Thanx Frans :thumbup:
