Did you all have a productive afternoon at work today?

With regards to our downtime, no, I didn't forget to pay the account and no, you haven't been banned.

Our hosting company made a bit of a whoopsy for some odd reason. Yesterday I initiated a domain name transfer, as can be seen in this screenshot:

That's all gone smoothly but then they killed MASA or did something to our account, unfortunately I was at work with no Internet signal so I couldn't do anything until I got home.

Here's a screenshot of my brief discussion with our hosting company today.

So whatever happened, we're all good again. Sorry about the downtime.
