I feed them once every two days a week ago and now I feed them twice a day with blood worms.

ok i have a feeling thats your primary answer, going from once every two days to twice in one day is a massive increase in their feeding, especially of a food like blood worm. I would suggest cutting back on the feeding a while (id even advocate not feeding that fish for a few days in the hopes that its digestive system can catch up) and i would also suggest a variety of food with flakes included in its diet. But as i say have a chat to the guys on TASA as they will have more experience with tropical tanks :)

please dont take my comment as the only answer, as i say i think its your primary answer, no definative answer and you will need to ask more about this. best of luck

you can do a search on masa for 'how to make base rock' or how to make 'cement rock' or else have a look on google. a number of people have had good results (seanK and amore jump to mind) so have a look at the threads they have started. google or utube might give you some practicle help too :)

flame moss isnt something i know about

i did a quick search for you, just because its raining and miserable outside and I am feeling helpful, but heres a thread you could read through... Making Live Rock - Marine Aquariums of South Africa

of course you could just drain that tropical bath water tank, add some good LIVE rock and convert into the exciting part of fish keeping

What make are the blood worms? Some of the cheap make has a lot of nasties in it and is one of the causers for bloated tummies in FW fish. Feed it some boiled peas and that should help. But if its dropsy, most fish never come right. Best be to go to TASA and do a search, lots of info on there.

@crispin flame moss is a FW plant.
