Sooooo its shallow!

    The tank has been running since yesterday.
    900x600x300
    the sump is 500x500x350.
    Im using a 150w metal halide unit, i just want to change the bulb.
    skimmer is a reef octo nw150 or 200 dont know yet haha i must check the pump actually.
    only have a bit of liverock and sand in at the moment. i only want one more rock on the lefthand side and maybe one on the right.

    Still need to get flow in the tank will get that a bit later. will probably get two RW4 pumps. but for now this will have to do gor the cycle.

    Im loving the metal halide unit. it gives a clean look to the tank, I just need to get a pipe for the wire hanging at the back. will sort that out in the week.

    For now its just cycling so i have to be patient.

    i like the light, i have one of those and works well. Im busy on another tank and will be using it there.

    So i found this little guy in the tank not even 10mm big. wondering what kind of nudi or slug it is.

    Tank is just coasting along. Im to busy at the moment with an office block i need to finnish.

    tank is just coasting along. have som cayno will fade away with time probably. dosinig vinigar for some nutrients in that i want to get rid of in the tank. will probably only stock properly in next year. for now tank is hust maturing

    have a bad cyano and hair algae problem. tank ks neglected. nutrients must by sky high. dosing vinnegar. I mist do a big waterchange and a good gravel vac.

    Think i mist scrub my rocks also to help control the algae.

    The cyano is on the substrate. i syphon it ojt and it will be back the same day

    also need to get clean up crew. about a month ago i lost all my snails because i overdoses calcium and alk.
