    I got a Z3 compact yesterday afternoon.
Haven't played around yet.I got the first one out the store needs a nano sim not a micro sim.
I've always loved the sony I went away once and regretted it.
    I swear by a Sony.
The under water feature works like a bomb.
Tbe new Z3 compact looks so far good aswell.
And with specs on paper this phone kicks ass.
    This is my opinion.
    Sony forever

I would still have to say Sony Xperia Z3...
I do a ton of aquatic work and everyone in my department has "waterproof" phones from different brands, and from experience the sony phones tend to outlast all the rest. Sure Samsung gives ou repairs, but, so does sony, one just needs to contact them directly instead of through your mobile provider.

Also, for those who insure their phones through their mobile provider, its actually a lot cheaper to insure them through your personal insurance hey.

    Just a Q I have.that I've never needed to know until now
What the effect of our salt water on the waterproof side.
And is there a time limit to having the phone submerged.
    And what's max depth
Dont mean to hijack your thread.thought it might be valuable information

As far as I am aware, its only waterproof for fresh water though I dont see why you cant use it in salt water, but maybe cause salt can be so destructive. Depth and time underwater depends on the model
