I am feeding twice a day - frozen food as well as omega one flakes

Also have nori in the tank but no one seems interested in eating it? then again I have enough algae, it's ugly but the fish seem to find it yummy

I also had the same problem with Nori. I kept using the nori clip and they were VERY scared of it. I them tried elastic on the rock trick and worked like a charm. All my fish go crazy for it now!!!

Sentari how long do you leave the nori in? I have mine on rock they just not interested!

I broke the nori up into small pieces & put it in the tank with the flakes & nothing - I was thinking or adding it to the flakes chopped in fine pieces & add it to the flakes?

I wouldnt break the nori up. I would make sure its fastened to a rock. I leave my nori in the tank for 24 hours. Its usually GONE by then :) its a 3cm x 6cm piece.

I will carry on putting Nori in the tank on the rock as i have every now & then & lets hope they eat it - I think fresh algae vs Nori & the algae is winning - I think when the algae is less then the nori will be tops! Oh & algae is free LOL

Thanks all - would you believe my tank started on the 20th of December last year? I already have Caroline algae growing on my skimmer which has only been in the tank a month.

I am no where near a perfect system & would do things very different next time.

I am however happy to have had only one snail die which did in 24hrs of being in the tank.

Will put some more pics up as I go "SPS" pic tonight
