Snails Breeding?

I always find a lot of snail eggs on my glass and rocks, but was always under the impression that they wouldn't hatch.
Well, guess I was wrong

They are literally everywhere, 100s of them.
Will the die out? Or will they actually grow out?

Some should make it to adulthood. Being so small they an easy meal

Picture not clear enough. They could be colonista snails and will not get much bigger than a bb bullet

Some people get irritated when they amass in the hundreds as they tend to out-compete the larger astrea and nerite snails.
For me they are the backbone of my algae fighting CUC.

Mostly only out at night
