    Hey guys found this one 1cm in length, Sump him or is he ok for no. Sorry about photo quality, still trying to get used to the nano scope[​IMG]

    looks like member of the Muricidae family.

    They are predators on other snails

    te rim of the shell is quite thick and strong. And that is a good indication that it is a predator

    Thanks @RiaanP for your help, got him and sumped him. He was quite small but assume they grow big quickly. As far as crabs go, could you point me in direction for which are bad and which are ok, or should i try get some photos and then post them as to which are ok

    Pictures say a 1000 words...

    Some Muricidae stay very small. Like a couple of mm. Others grow big, depending on the species.
