Hmm, tricky one. Pretty sure it's a small trochid of some sort but I'll need to do some research to give you more than that. Most are algae eaters so I wouldn't stress. It's not a sundial.

Is the operculum (the "stopper" that it uses to close the shell) soft and brown, or calcareous like the shell?

Where in the tank are they?
If they are on the glass, then most likely they are vegetarian.
If on your clams I would start to worry.

mostly on the back pane, but literary millions off them, and I only see them at night with a flash light... that's why I put it next to a 5c coin(smaller that the old 1c coin) when I took the pic... the snails is really tiny...

OK, I asked my SnailLady for her comment.

Her reply is that juvenile snails are very difficult to ID, because they can change a lot as they grow up.
But by the form of the shell, it does look like a Turbinidae. And under the section Skeneinae, there is another shell with the name Leucorhynchia caledonica that almost got that shape. According to her books they eat algae
so the next logical question. What adult snails do you have in the tank? Any Turbo snails, or even Topshells?

Seeing that they are mostly on the back panel, I would not worry about them.

Actually, congratulations on having snails spawn in your system and actually having the eggs hatch.
